Chef and author Jenny Bristow is Ireland's 'Good Food Ambassador'. Her personal cooking style and modern approach have endeared her to hundreds of thousands of viewers of her TV programmes. Jenny has written several cookery books including 'Jenny Bristow USA', 'Taste the Good Life', 'Jenny Bristow: A Taste of Sunshine' and the twin titles 'Jenny Bristow Cooks for the Seaons: Autumn and Winter' and 'Jenny Bristow Cooks for the Seaons: Spring and Summer'.
Jenny has recently filmed two new cookery TV series. 'Stuffed', co-hosted with Irish chef Kevin Dundon, was produced for the BBC while 'Fabulous Food Adventure' will be screened on ITV and sees Jenny travelling around Ireland with Barry McGuigan sourcing the finest produce and cooking it in a variety of interesting dishes.
Jenny recognises that more than ever local produce is receiving great attention, and never before has there been a better time to champion the produce of Ireland. She extols the virtues of locally sourced fresh seafood cooked up in an innovative and healthy way.
